Nuclear level measurement
Nuclear level measurement technology has been applied effectively to measure liquids and solids for more than 30 years. the basic method of measuring the nuclear level is the sending of radiation through the liquid and the intensity of the transferred radiation is measured using a detector. The detector measures the level of energy that reaches it and sends a signal proportional to the microprocessor. Measuring the nuclear level requires the following components:
Nuclear level measurement technology is a safe and effective contactless method for measuring liquids and solids in challenging process environments. Apps include:
CTH provides the process control industry with state-of-the-art Ronan nuclear measurement systems that provide a safe, efficient and contactless method for measuring liquids or solids in challenging process environments. Each Ronan system is designed to deliver outstanding performance in a wide range of challenging applications and process environments. the entire system installs itself outside the ship or hose and can be installed and maintained while the process is running without downtime, modifications of the vessel, risk of accidental discharge, or the need for materials to the specialized construction.

Measurements of the profile of ships of interface level and process density
The Ronan interface system solves problems of accurate detection and measurement due to interface level, process density and product profiles. Using contactless technology, no component is wet in the process, making it ideal for processes with difficult conditions, such as: high temperature, high pressure, corrosive, abrasive, or toxic. As a general rule, the measurement is reproducible at a process density of 13 mm and 13 mm. The system configuration can be for the interface level or the density profile of the process.

Point Level Measurement
The X90 Point Level Monitor detects the presence of material at a given point in a tank, hopper, chute or process pipe. All components are mounted externally to the process vessel making the system ideal for monitoring the most dangerous materials such as caustic, toxic, corrosive, explosive and carcinogenic irrespective of their temperature. The modular design is ideal to upgrade older systems while keeping the existing sources.

HosX96S Weighing System
HosX96S Weighing System
The Ronan non-contact weight scale is an economical approach for solids weighing on belt and screw conveyors. The system can be installed by simply bolting the frame around the conveyor, without the need to make any costly adjustments to the conveyor itself. The lightweight, compact design enables it to be located in areas where space is a limitation and without the need for additional supports or foundations.Made by -

Continuous Level Measurement
Ronan’s Radiometric Continuous Level Measurement System utilizing either the X96S or X96SI/R Transmitter accurately measures liquids or solids contained in a vessel, even in the most complex processes.
Radiometric Measurement provides a safe and efficient, non-contact method to measure liquids or solids in industries including:
- Mining and Aggregates
- Power
- Refining, Oil and Gas
- Chemical
- Metals
- Cement
The system can accurately measure process materials that are caustic or corrosive, abrasive or highly viscous, held at extreme temperatures or under high pressure, or contained in a vessel with an internal obstruction.
