The Drexelbrook model 575P is a two-wire submersible pressure transmitter with a protected recessed diaphragm. This hydrostatic level transmitter is specially designed to provide the convenience of direct submersion in many types of liquids, especially wastewater < a=""> </>, for fast, accurate and reliable level measurement. It offers excellent linearity and repeatability, low hysteresis and long-term stability. The 575P indicates the liquid level by continually measuring the hydrostatic pressure via its sensitive element, a Silicon semiconductor chip implanted by ions with an integrated Wheatstone bridge circuit. A protective flange protects the Hastelloy C diaphragm from the probe. All electronic components are mounted in a 316 stainless steel submersible housing. A special cable support bracket is available providing additional stability to the level transmitter when used with larger cable lengths or when used in a stirred liquid. When the pressure is measured, the data is transmitted by the output signal from 4 to 20 mA. The Drexelbrook 575P is easy to use and thanks to its simple design and rugged construction, this level transmitter requires virtually no maintenance. Main features • easy to install and use • popular measurements go up to 690 ft. • Sturdy 316SS steel body with excellent environmental protection • the recessed membrane is protected by a stainless steel plate that prevents the sensor from fouling • temperature range: -25 º F to 180 º F (-32 º C to 82 º C) • power supply: 12 to 40 VDC with reverse polarity surge protection product type liquid level sensor, hydrostatic transmitter, level gauge, level sensor, level transmitter, liquid level sensor, tank level indicator, water level sensor documentation
